April Romero Headshot-1

April Romero

Hi, I’m April Romero, a speaker, leader, and transformation strategist who knows how to turn complexity into clarity and empower teams to thrive.

For nearly 30 years, I’ve guided organizations through transformational leadership, project management excellence, and innovative technology solutions. From leading multi-year initiatives in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or multiple Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP solutions to championing ADA Digital Accessibility, my work isn’t just about managing projects—it’s about creating lasting impact and relationships.

Elevating leadership and technology with heart

Organizations today face growing challenges, tight deadlines, evolving technology, and the need for stronger collaboration. That’s where I come in. I help teams shift from overwhelm to alignment by blending strategic leadership, emotional intelligence, and practical methodologies. When leaders feel empowered, they create environments where innovation thrives, teams connect, and success becomes sustainable.

My journey hasn’t been just about career milestones. It’s been shaped by a deep commitment to mentoring, fostering leadership, and amplifying the voices of young women in technology. Through workshops, keynotes, and coaching, I equip professionals with the tools to embrace leadership, build resilience, and navigate change with confidence.

Impacting industries and inspiring change

I’ve worked with organizations like Project Management Institute, delivering insights that turn challenges into opportunities. What businesses need today aren’t just solutions, they need clarity, empowerment, and strategies for sustainable success. That’s exactly what I bring to the table, with an energetic, engaging, and deeply impactful approach.

Beyond my work, I’m a dedicated community leader, proudly serving on the board of Youth Leadership Brentwood, engaging in Toastmasters International, and staying active with the Project Management Institute and industry networks. And when I’m not in the world of leadership and strategy, I’m embracing adventure—whether mentoring, traveling, or celebrating life’s milestones (like visiting all 50 states with my daughter before she turned 18!).

Let’s build something meaningful together.
